Great way of cope...

    At least for me...

    Since i remember i love to shower in hot water... it always relaxed me and if the watter was to cold, i was angry whole night...

    So here is my advice, please try it and tell me results...

    Take shower with really hot water (not too much, you dont want to burn yourself:laugh::tongue:)....
    After you will clean your body, shower yourself with very cold water...

    It feels great... it tottaly relax me plus takes urges away...

    Does it work well for you too?:)

    Edited: I forgot about important thing... You must beleive that it will work... if you will think about cutting than it defenetly wont work...
    Just say to yourself: If it wont work, i can still cut myself later...

    Really hot showers help me enormously with my anxieties. I thought it was just me!
    I don't do the really cold water part though - brrrrrr - too chilly!!

    But hey, anything is worth a try - right?
