i fucken hate being a chick sometimes...and this is one of them. lucky guys, you don't have to put up with cramps :wallbash: stupid fucken monthly fucken fuck fuck fuck

Feckety feck huh? Have you tried the Midol & Pamprin? A muscle relaxer like flexeril is mild & might help.... Skelaxin 800 is crap, but I guess it works for some...... I feel for ya & am double glad that I'm a guy-

lucky bugger...if you get kicked in the balls, ten minutes later your back to normal and like 'wow, that hurt', but with us when we get a cramp it lasts for loooooooooonger. only last month i had a really bad cramp, so bad i could hardly walk, that lasted four fucken hours. stupid genetics...my sis and my mum got bad cramps, and now i do. this is so not fun either
