    Just want to sleep
    grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
    Just more than 4 hours sleep please! or even some sleep at all!!!
    How can your mood improve if you cannot sleep and those stupid sleeping tablets do NOT work!!

    You need to get sleep kristy in order to be healthy. Get some exercise and don't drink coffee before bed. :hug:

    Also, some melatonin should help. :sleep:

    i've tried most of the stuff and it doesn't seem to have any effect.
    i wish i could just turn my head off please?

    Have you tried meditation? Its really hard to do at first but gets easier with practise.
    Also try sprinkling some Lavender oil on your pillow, it has a calming effect.

    Also try different sleeping positions. I find I sleep better on my sides than back.
