Well, I tried to help.
He is right, if it's really what you want, then nobody can stop you from doing it.
There are other ways except from suicide. But, if you seriously think there is nothing that can help you, and that suicide is the only escape.. then that's your decision. Anything else I say would probably only make things worse.
