I had been sober for 7 years as of yesterday. I am no longer so. Tired of constantly feeling and thinking of suicide.
    Tired. Very tired.
Wish I was not around/alive anymore. too frightened of pain to do anything about it.
Alcohol blocks out my inner voices as well as allowing me a chance of dying.
Been 7 years since my last attempt.
when drunk...i can rationalize suicide as a logical solution.

wow 7 years!!! well done. You deserve a pat on the back. Are you going to AA or anything similar? I hope you can continue to be free of alcohol, it's obviously not good for you and remember it is a depressant not only to the body but the mind too. Keep posting here and keeping track of how you are doing. If you could be alcohol free for 7 years, you can do it again I believe. Good luck to you :)
