I still feel your cold hands,
    Touching my skin,
    Stealing away my oxygen,
    Holding my doubts down,
    Pushing me way too far,
    Stalling my protests,
    Triumphantly claiming,
    Me as your sorry price,
    Taking the last inch,
    of dignity from me...
    Hands that pushed,
    Hands that shoved,
    Hands that gripped,
    Hands that held,
    Hands that hit,
    Hands that killed me.

I am sorry you went through this *hug* Does writing about things help at all? Sometimes I write poetry about dark feelings, and that can be a sort of release.
