    HANDY LITTLE CHART
    God has a positive answer:

    YOU SAY
    GOD SAYS
    BIBLE VERSES

    You say: "It's impossible"
God says: All things are possible
    (Luke 18:27)

    You say: "I'm too tired"
God says: I will give you rest
    (Matthew 11:28-30)

You say: "Nobody really loves me"
    God says: I love you
    (John 3:1 6 & John3:34 )

You say: "I can't go on"
God says: My grace is sufficient
    (II Corinthians 12:9 & Psalm 91:15)

You say: "I can't figure things out"
God says: I will direct your steps
    (Proverbs 3:5- 6)

You say: "I can't do it"
God says: You can do all things
    (Philippians 4:13)

    You say: "I'm not able"
    God says: I am able
    (II Corinthians 9:8)

You say: "It's not worth it"
God says: It will be worth it
    (Roman 8:28 )

You say: "I can't forgive myself"
    God says: I Forgive you
    (I John 1:9 & Romans 8:1)

    You say: "I can't manage"
God says: I will supply all your needs
    (Philippians 4:19)

    You say: "I'm afraid"
God says: I have not given you a spirit of fear
    (II Timothy 1:7)

You say: "I'm always worried and frustrated"
God says: Cast all your cares on ME
    (I Peter 5:7)

You say: "I'm not smart enough"
God says: I give you wisdom
    (I Corinthians 1:30)

You say: "I feel all alone"
God says: I will never leave you or forsake you
    (Hebrews 13:5)

PASS THIS ON. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MAY BE IN NEED

The first sentence is pretty powerful!

God determines who walks into your life....it's up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go."

    dear white dove

what is the problem if you are preaching???why you say i am not preaching

all of us have the right to do what he wants but never hurt any body
and i see you dont hurt any body

you give us good meanings we need it in our life.
    i dont believe in bible
but there are a lot of things that are identical with Quran

like what you are writing now

I ask Allah to light your road to the truth

Muslim, I don't think you should say this, she is definitely not preaching or anything like that and its good if its inspiring but I don't think its a good idea to say things like you don't believe in the bible and stuff like that here. Everyone is free to post something that could help people and posting something related to the bible don't mean someone is preaching. I hope you understand what I am trying to say here..

Whats wrong with saying you dont believe in the bible? or the Quran for that matter? Surely people are adult enough to tolerate another persons opinion? I think what she wrote is quite nice btw, inspiring...

  7. Let's give White Dove credit for being perceptive. Religion is frequently a very explosive topic  on this forum. There are many differing views about spirituality here and it can easily turn into a flame war. I believe she was simply being diplomatic and tactful in order to maintain a civil :shake: discourse.

My impression was that muslim was not being critical of the Christian bible, he was only showing solidarity between himself and White Dove despite their differing religious views. That certainly does not sound like a negative thing for him to do, especially since historically speaking, Muslims and Christians haven't always been the best of friends:fence: if you know what I mean.

As for myself, I am a former fundamentalist, protestant Christian who is now an atheist; as such I share no common ground with either White Dove or muslim. In fact, according to their religious doctrines my non-believing status makes me their sworn enemy as I am both an apostate
    and an infidel.....hee hee, life's funny isn't it ?

    Peace !

    Nice post whitedove.
muslim, there was no need to express your personal view that you don't believe in the bible. And don't seek to build bridges between the Bible and quran by saying 'a lot of things are identical'. Muslims have made their choice, - you all rejected Jesus Christ. Period. I know that bugs you.
Keep your requests to your false god to 'light the road to truth' to yourself, because it doesn't do anyone any favours.

WE DONT REJECT JESUS CHRIST PERIOD
I BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS PROPHET
AS MOUSA AND MOHAMMAD AND DAWOOD
    AND ALL PROPHETS

I WANT TO GIVE YOU AN ADVICE
DONT TRY TO CONVERT THE POST FROM ITS STRAIGHT WAY
AS YOU ARE USED TO DO

SORRY TO SAY YOU ARE ONE OF THE MEMBERS THAT MAKE ME SICK

I didn't see any stones being thrown until your post. Everyone has a right to express his/her beliefs. Muslim didn't say anything bad about the bible in anyway yet you let your personal prejudices come through and lash out at him as well as others who believe in the Quran. That is not acceptable. If there is anyone here that needs to keep their biaased opinioins to themselves, its YOU!

Please, for the sake of others who are interested in this thread for it's debatory purposes, don't continue this argument.

Let's put it aside, shake hands, move on, and debate without rudeness, forcing opinions on others, or purposely getting members backs up :)

I guess I was a little carried away when I write my first post in this thread. I guess its right, we are all here to help ourselves and not to argue about things like that. I guess it ain't worth to talk about something that causes discontent like that since we are here for a common reason.

I am sorry, all...let us start anew and stop going on with this. If I have offended anyone with what I said earlier, please accept my apology...
