are you happier when you're drunk?
Yup, I just forget everything and go hyper.
Good job I don't get drunk a lot :laugh::laugh:
nope. its weird, i really dont change at all.
everyone is always asking me are you drunk / havent u drank anything?!
only thing that changes is the way i walk
its really pissing me off because im really stressed atm but drinking doesnt seem to help at all.
When I have 3-4 drinks I am happy, but if I drink any more than that I get suicidal.
sometimes happy, usually if out drinking with crowd.
but if drinking alone can get really really down.
I agree..drinking alone can get really depressing
it usually makes me happy and is far better than being sober and depressed (its the sobering up that usually causes problems for me).
although sometimes it makes me feel really sad, for some reason i was really unhappy the other week when i was smashed.
I think I feel happier at the time I am doing it, but usually feel much worse the next day. And I don't mean being hungover, though that might contribute. I mean feeling both more depressed than usual and much more aggressive.
I hadn't had a drink for about six months, so when I drank seven or eight beers the other day the happiness seemed much more intense at the time, ditto the downside the next day.
I've concluded I'm better off on the wagon, so I'll probably not have any more alcohol for another long while.
First happy, than sad:laugh:
i get really impulsive [even though i already am] but i get really emotional when i drink.
I think I always feel fairly angry. I don't think drinking helps me feel "happier" -- but maybe helps me enjoy my anger more...
(Heh, I think I just noticed another reason why I don't like to drink around others... ... )
If I'm around others. If I'm drunk and by myself, I get extremely depressed.
