well i myself had never used it... until yesterday.
I was just sat there talking to my two brothers and dad,
and my dad said, what you done to your wrist?

    and i was "uhh errm"

    had to think quick...

"the cat did it, she attacked me when i stud on her tail."

all i could think was omg. you idiot!
my brother just looked at me in disgust (me knows i 'used' to self harm)

No, but I have used a thorn bush as an excuse.

You weren't an idiot though if you managed to think quickly under pressure like that

Try, "my boyfriend is into BDSM"? They'll probably feel too awkward to inquire any further.

The first time i was just like "I dunno, must have scratched myself at night". Then the rabbit scratched me, then i walked into a door (bruise). It usually works, but now i just say "nothing" and the person doesn't ask anymore.

    i used:
    -the dog
    -thorn bush
-grease popped up and burned me (burns)
-scissors slipped (this does not work for multiple cuts lol)
    -fell on broken glass
-accidentally slipped up while helpin my dad cut stuff (for friends ;) )

    idk other things.
    haha it's funny

No, I've never even tried that one, even though I've had some vicious cats in the past. I've used the "happened at work" excuse, because I am extremely clumsy, and used to work in a kitchen, so it seemed a little less ridiculous an explanation...depending.

I've never blamed the cat, but that's a good one.
I did get cut by trees a lot. Or a pin that was stuck in a wall? Now that I think about it that probably wasn't the best one.

no, I haven't got a cat, though there's one in the stable I tend to carry around...
i used a thorn bush as excuse; I was on a trip in France and needed a bandage...
