If it helps, your not alone. Today has been very bad for me too. Sorry I don't ave any answers.
When I was suicidal I just knew something had to change. It was my life that was making my suicidal.
I had no hope, was overweight, had no friends, heard voices, no job no money, and was really depressed. With that came suicidal feelings. It really destroyed me those feelings.
The antidote is to do something, just one little thing to make you feel better. This can be exercise. This is a good one. It'll make you feel better on the inside and outside. If you give up the hope you'll start to despair and feel helpless and this just makes things so much worse. You have to keep trying and tackling your problems step by step.
You say you're tired so try get your mind of things and just relax if you can. Watch a good movie if you have the energy for that. Take care.
