Healthy ways of relieving depression?

    Does anyone have any recommendations for healthy ways of dealing with depression? I almost feel like its a pressure building up side that needs to be let out.

    I'm not on any meds or do I want to be on them. I don't drink or smoke or do drugs. It's just me and this constant dull pain.

    exercise is a good way as it naturally releases endorphines (happy hormone) plus it's really good for you!

    Writing things down also helps people, i used to keep a diary and writing all my feelings down really helped me.
