    Hi, I'm new to all of this.
    It has taken me a while to feel comfortable enough to post anything.
    I've survived 1 suicide attempt &, despite some therapy in the last months, am considering another attempt.
    Not good I know but i'm struggling with therapy.
    Feels more like a "trigger".
    Which is why I'm here.
    Hoping to survive.

    Hi Klaardb therapy is a triggers sometimes hun hope you let your T know how it makes you feel suicidal ok so T can maybe take a different approach or a slower one with you hugs
    glad you are reaching out here for support

    Sorry, I'm still getting the hang of this & replied too quickly.
    Thanks for the advice.
    I'll bring it up with my T the next time.
    Could be that things are going too fast for me.
    But I'm torn between wanting T to make me feel better asap & having the patience to let T do it's job.
    If that makes sense (?)

    It makes sense hun but sometimes small steps are better because they are permanent and a slower pace you will not feel so much pain and you will still heal hugs
