Its a very grey day today and ive stumbled across this site to see if it helps.
Can anybody help me as im not great on the computer and dont seem to be able to get into the chat room, what am i doing wrong?

Hello no sadly i didnt im not great with computers it may just be me
Im trying to find my way around your site i hope it helps i feel something has to before it all gets to much

You may need to install java. What does the screen look like when you try to sign in?

i CLICK ON CHAT THEN GET A BLANK SCREEN WITH A BLANK BOX THAT HAS A SMALL BOX IN THE LEFT HAND CORNER WITH A RED CROSS IN IT , THE CROSS DOES NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN I CLICK ON IT I NEED TO CHANGE MY DETAILS ON PROFILE TO DJD AS THE NAME IVE GIVEN INCONFUSING ME AS ITS NOT MINE JUST WANTED TO FEEL A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE BEFORE POSTING ANY DETAILS THANKYOU

We can do a name change for you if you would like. It is not that difficult to do. Many people here have changed there names. About chat. Sounds like you need to update your java. You need to uninstall it first then reinstall it. It is a free download.
