can you think of anything else to do even to distract your mind for a moment? Journaling can help you get all those feelings out and on paper. Even coloring, puzzles, basic things. You do not have to die tonight. :Jehuty:

I'm sorry that this is happening and I hope that you can pull through!

here are some links to some UK services (suicide crisis line)

It provides a range of services, including emergency night shelters and short stay hostels, specialist projects for care leavers, ex-offenders, young single parents, foyers and supported flats, and floating support services.

Shelter believes everyone should have a home.

    The Salvation Army

The YMCA is a leading Christian charity committed to supporting all young people, particularly in times of need. It is the largest voluntary sector provider of safe, supported accommodation in England for single men and women between the ages of 16 and 35.

If you need to keep your mind off of it, go jogging, I know it sounds ridiculous but it will make your brain release endorphins, do some kind of exercise, that's what I try to do when I am overwhelmed. Please don't do it, if you kill yourself, you won't be able to help someone else on this wonderful sight who needs your help.

i know it hurts now, but think about how much pain you're feeling now, and that is the minimum that those who care about you will feel if you take your life. i am here for you, so don't feel alone. be strong and soldier on, because there is always something to live for. i hope you are okay. <3
