There is a job I wish to apply for and am desperate and need help and have no one else to ask. The ad says to fax resume to so and so and gives a fax #. Do I just do one cover sheet like I would if I were hand delivering a resume, or do I need a fax cover sheet, then my actual cover sheet, then resume? Not sure how descriptive the cover sheet needs to be. It's for a mortgaging position at a local credit union. I got fired from my previous job as a loan officer because I checked out mentally and underperformed. I want to know how I get around it since that job is my only relevant experience for this position. I also received my NMLS Safe Act Mortgage license through them so I want to emphasize that as well. Any responses would be appreciated.
