It's that time of the year, im stressing out all the time, im so unhappy sometimes and im hating myself more and more my skin is crawling, my flesh feels like it is burning, im itching with desire to cut again. I know how to stop myself in the short term (drugs. happy drugs.) But how do i stop this long term feeling? im trying so hard but i know i might break soon, is it ok to just do it a little? just to make myself feel a bit better?
