here it comes again

    It's that time of the year, im stressing out all the time, im so unhappy sometimes and im hating myself more and more
    my skin is crawling, my flesh feels like it is burning, im itching with desire to cut again.
    I know how to stop myself in the short term (drugs. happy drugs.)
    But how do i stop this long term feeling? im trying so hard but i know i might break soon, is it ok to just do it a little? just to make myself feel a bit better?

    I think one of the most effective ways to stop is to find your voice...most ppl harm themselves because they feel they must do drastic measures to be or to of luck, J

    Keep distracting yourself. You've done so well by stopping , try and keep going..any way you can. You can make it :)
