i'm a new user and very scared as don't know how to start and how my crap will effect others. i have massive trust issues which do not help and not very good at talking but great at listening. But too many years of bottling up has brought me here.
i'm not very happy and extremely low and this is my last hope.

Getting it out is the best thing to do - no worries about affecting others negatively - that's a risk that's understood when we join forums. People still will have their own perceptions about their own issues forefront in their minds. and it is nice to know we are not - none of us are - in this alone. Because we have found others in the same boat, it helps in carrying our own load
