Sorry - need some help staying grounded tonight, please... Someone?
PM'd you sweetie..let me know how I can help
If I only had a punching bag....
Or could drink some more alcohol....
Or take some pills....
Or just forget.
Scared to sleep tonight.
Wish I had people. C'est la vie.
If I were there you could punch me. Preferably verbally.
Memo if you would like to, my friend.
No, neither verbally or physically.
 thank you
Trying to keep it together
Would you like to talk about what you are feeling?
Fear, flashbacks etc. On edge, unsettled, breathing rapidly. Trying to clear my thoughts.
I need to go get some air.
I hope fresh air helped clear your mind.
Can you distract yourself? I am sure you have tried, but how about trying something new? A book you have but have not read, something like that? Even cleaning the kitchen might be a good distraction. (I use that one, its good because you feel you are doing something useful.)
Thank you for helping a few hours ago.
No problem. How are you feeling now? Is it the next morning for you now?
Am there again tonight. That place. Just me, there.
And I'd written more, but now I'm deleting it.
Whats the point, you know? Seriously.
The point is to communicate, to let others share the burden as much as they can. PM me if you wish.
I hope your eyes are open and you are feeling okay.
Thank you both. I am not too comfortable with putting my stuff on others shoulders, everyone has their own things they are dealing with. Its funny I say that, yet I post and post. Seems I am contradicting myself.
Def time to hush.
NO you must keep talking Mo..
if it helps you- go for it..
As IV2010 said, please keep talking, here or by memo. Let your friends help you.
it's all good. :zipped:
Are you feeling better today?
Thanks InMemoryOfYou - not really.
Awaiting news which could be kind of okay or could be very bad..... But I'm certainly exhibiting a lot of strength to others.
Its funny, but I suppose in an odd way it helps me too.
