    yeh this is not good. :sad:

    my sleeping rhythm this week:

    Monday/Tuesday - night ; 2-3hrs sleep
    Tuesday/Wednesday - night ; no sleep
    Wednesday/Thursday - night ; about 3hrs sleep

    hmm this is good. passed out about 3hrs ago. Just woke up. so I can add
    Thursday/Friday - night ; 3hrs sleep

    lewis was a sleep walker for 2 years and i still wake up at 2.30 every night even though he has stopped for 4 years.we get in a pattern but switching off is hard sometimes too.writing threads like this may help before sleeping-(but computers etc dont help),we should switch of a hour at least before bed to relax the mind.but as ive lost mine -haaaaaaaa-doesnt apply to me heeeeeeeeeeee
