  1. It's just after 11.15 am and I'm feeling pretty crap. Undecided between cutting, burning, having a vodka or going to bed....! I hate my life. :(

    go to bed and have a nice sleep if you can. take care of yourself.

    try to go to sleep or get dressed and have a nice long walk to calm down if you can.

    would you tell us what is bothering you? the why you want to harm yourself? we are here to listen and not to judge you in any manner.

    I vote go to sleep, it's much healthier than the first 3.

    Sleep makes you feel better, while those, do not.

    If you can lie down and sleep maybe you can keep from the SI activities. If not find a good distraction. Please stay safe. :hug:
