Honestly? Depression helps me...

    I use it as motivation to create Art, which leads me to happiness.
    I think, people suffering from this, just need to find an equilibrium of some sort, and realize that Life is full of: :poo:

    Great hearing that you found a way to deal with it... i'm not very artisitic, but you make an interesting point, in trying to find some light with ur depression.

    Hi, I am an artist too...an oil painter and yes, the angst drives you to seek beauty or at least, try to create it. It does help sort things out and give emotional relief. I know what you mean.

    It wasn't simple for me either, tbh.
    I spent years, feeling an overwhelming vibe of dread over me, and just confused, like "Wtf, am I supposed to feel this way?? Is this just who I am??"
    Thinking the former is obviously folly, but I'm still figuring out the latter.
    I wasn't saying "just find our equilibrium" as in, easy-peasy, it's right here, but, I said it to meant, an equilibrium is literally all you need to fight this emotion.
