I know I am a broken record but seriously, a shitty day on Sunday (I am sure due to the alcohol I had on Saturday night), decent day on Monday, great day on Tuesday. Now today I wake up feeling shitty again, no alcohol involved, just like ‘I do not want to do this anymore’.....what the hell? I see my dr in 2 weeks. This is so blatantly obvious that I am keeping a log.....it’s unreal.
Starting to think I have aspects of bipolar.... might as well add it to the ‘list’....ugh. This is just too hard.

Feeling great one day and horrible the next certainly does sound like you could have some form of rapid-cycling mood disorder.

The fact that you're keeping a log is probably a good thing, because it will help make any patterns that you're going through more clear.

Sorry that this is happening

Thanks....going to talk to my psych about it in a few weeks. Maybe a new medicine regimen will work....

Yeah, it's usually something like lithium, but I think there are some others.

Yes, there are various mood stabilisers available which can be used for various conditions. Best thing is to wait for the psych to make a professional assessment and then go from there.
Hope they'll be able to help you manage how you've been feeling.
