I've been to my GP 3 times now and I can't seam to explain myself. It's not a case of my GP not listening it's a case of me not finding the words to explain I'm struggling. I always end up saying I'm feeling down which doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. I always go away disappointed.

write down what you feel - then make appointment and go hand them the note of how you feel, and that you have not been able to explain to them.

that is exactly what I was going to suggest. If it feels too scary to do that, maybe I can help you here. I can sort of hold your hand virtually. Support you so you do not feel so alone and scared doing it. I would be happy to do that for you.

Along with this - I'd consider writing down as much as you can. The more open, the closer the support would be more likely to fit.
