Hello, everyone. I often get into a habit of not pushing or challenging myself to the limit. Instead I am too accustomed to sitting back, kicking my feet up, and relaxing. I hate myself when I settle for mediocrity when I could do a lot more and better job. I hate the feeling of "That's good enough work. Now just go relax and play" when I only gave average efforts, not maximal efforts. I want to set a boundary. What is being complacent and not giving ur best efforts? What is overpressuring and overexerting urself? Where is the middle ground? Thanks in advance for any insights.
