How do you cope with your suicidal feelings?

    Since many believe exercise is the best method but hard to execute. I've recently started recording class lectures and read aloud any hand out readings and recorded them in mp3 format. Then I put them all in my iphone and started walking for a long time while listening to these. For me this works, at least for now, hopefully this becomes a habit. Even if you are not a student, you can listen to an audio self help book on depression while walking/running. Just an idea.

    I exercise a lot, too: I walk several miles a day and listen to music, processing my feelings. It helps somewhat. I also watch stand-up comedy in order to calm down.

    I don't cope with it. It's like a inoperable brain tumour. Oh sure, you feel fine now, but it's always there and it will come to a head soon. :ambivalence:

    A combination of keeping my mind busy and lying to myself, booze does wonders too but in moderation.
