Hi honey, I totally know what you are talking about. You try to open up and you get back ''stop looking for attention'' ''grow some balls(excuse my french)'' ''grow up'' ''get a life'' ''big deal'' etc..etc.. I think most of us here have been through those sentences at some point in their life regarding depression or the like. I guess you just have to turn around and be brave to those people and explain you can't just click it on and off when you want to, it ain't a light switch. Personally I am used to those comments so I have learned to ignore them by telling myself that they do not understand. (which they don't). I hope you can find a way to deal with these thoughts in a healthy manner. I'm also sorry for he late reply here, I am still getting used to the new forum.
