For some years now, Ive had a difficult habbit. No matter what emotion I'm feeling, (anything from bored to depressed to happy) I always smile and laugh. Its not a cheezy evil laugh, but it in some way reminds me of the Joker from Bat Man or something. I think I got it from hiding my true feelings from people, and now I cant stop. It may not sound all that bad, but it creates a lot of problems for expressing myself. I'm curious to know some ways others might express emotions?

People say I always have a serious, angry, or sad expression on my face. Even when I'm happy.
I have an issue when it comes to showing happiness but no issue at all when it comes to showing sorrow.
