If you have an eating disorder, as opposed to just disordered eating. If that makes any sense?

I'm sure I don't have one, but I have a friend who keeps saying I might. At the moment i'm really restricting my diet and not eating much at all. But that doesn't mean I have an eating disorder. Right?

    Thanks, Natasha x

If you can eat high calorie things i don't think you have a dissorder, but if you always look at the packets and can't eat high calorie stuff you might.

you go to the doctor, forced or not, and tell them about it or they hear about it from a family member, then they diagnose you..
