How do you like to eat your potatoes?

    Mashed is my favorite, but I like baked too. Or French fries.

    Baked, beaten & then soaked in butter & salt, then grilled and finally lit on fire (totally on purpose of course!

    I put loads of salt on my potatoes (and on everything else basically).. Love salt... :heart:

    Roast, preferably with lamb, mint sauce and yorkshire puddings. God, i've not had a roast dinner for ages.....................

    When it comes to baked potatoes, I have found that I can get them more consistently perfect in my microwave than in the oven. I'm not a fan of cooking in a microwave, but in the case of potatoes, it's the best...
