• Apologies for the issue with a bizarre redirect on the site earlier today. There was a large server update and an error in an IP address had the traffic routing wrongly. No hacking or anything nefarious and nothing to worry about. Sorry for any stress/anxiety caused. Very best wishes - SF Admin

A number of factors can put someone at a higher risk for suicide in the short term, including:
· an episode of depression, psychosis, or anxiety
· a significant loss, such as the death of a spouse or the loss of a job
· loss of social support, for example, because of a move or when a close friend relocates
· a personal crisis or life stress, especially one that increases a sense of isolation or leads to a loss of self-esteem, such as a separation or divorce
· an illness or taking medication that triggers a change in mood.

I found the above on a site.
I have all of the factors present in my life. I feel I am on the edge looking over the cliff into the pretty waves below. All I need is a whif of wind at my back to start me into my fall. I need to be able to grab someones hand to stop me. WHY oooo WHY can't I stop myself?
