How to collaborate with stress,depression and mental health!

    Any recommendation?

    Well i have been suffering from these things constantly .. full of worries
    I dont even have time for my kids
    Wake up at morning, going to work , coming late and lots of fights with my wife!

    dont know what to do :(
    tired of this day to day life
    hellllllllllllllllllpppppppp needed :(

    I recommend you to join a GYM.
    That way you will fight less with your wife amd have less time to think about
    depression or whatever. It will also make you feal better becouse sports
    usally help to fight depression and other mental issues.
    Sure you will have less free time becouse you work a lot
    and if you feel tired try to change your diet, eat more fruits (more enrgy)
    and less junk food and heavy foods such as potatos and red meat.

    You can Google "healty diet" for more tips about how to make you diet so that
    you will feal lighter and with more energy.

    Welcome to the forum.Maybe you should downsize your material expectations and spend more time with your family. Looking after kids is hard work on your own so maybe thats why your wife is pissed off. If you decide to do something like the gym take the kids with you. I know how for a lot of people the hours we have to work gets in the way of everything else and downsizing may not be easy. Just a though though. Best of luck.

    You need to prioritise things. Work out whats most important and then downsize the things that aren't as important. :hug:
