i need to lose 1st 4lb by fri... anyone gt any ways to lose weight fast :unsure:

hey, I dont think its possible to lose that much weight by friday, but you could lose 7lb by eating one meal a day! I ate 1 meal a day for about 3 months lol, and lost a tonne of weight! its worth a try :arms:
Did you manage to maintain your weight afterwards?
excercise in a sauna, and make sure someone is with you.

Becca, even if I knew a way I would never to tell you. You need to stop listening to the arseholes that tell you you need to lose weight in any way and you need to gain weight, the way you are now isnt healthy hun. Im not sayin this to bring you down but because I care about you and youre bein brainwashed into believing youre fat when really you are underweight.

i kinda dnt av choice.. i gt hungershots now (uk ppl might no wat they r) hopefully these work.
I do not know why you are trying to lose that much but from the other posts it sounds like you do not need to. It is not worth it. I know that it might seem hypocritical of me saying this as I have an ED and have to lose more weight, and I know that ED's are really really hard to control. You are not in control of your eating anymore.
Please do not lose any more weight you really do not need to.
i think that's technically impossible to lose that much weight in 5 days. :mellow:
and even if you do lose weight fast, fast weight loss doesn't mean it'll be stable (you'll put it back on and feel shit) and it wouldn't be good for your mental/physical health- it'd probably end in a binge or another awful OCD cycle.
it's complicated... i dont have a choice :unsure: i have got to lose that amount of weight
you can lose 5-10lbs in six days by eating only grilled meat/fish proteins. the first three days your vegetables can only be raw. the last three days you can grill your vegetables. no carbs, sweets, or soda. guaranteed results! :unsure: i know it's worked for a few people
i've lost that much weight before (or more) but i wasnt being healthy and although i've always kept the weight off (lost 78 lbs in 9 months-went from 233 to 155 lbs) thats how i've become disordered. bottom line, that type of weightloss is unhealthy.

I had jaw surgery back in June, and was losing a pound a day for the first two weeks.
I still can't chew anything, but I've managed to gain back some of the lost weight. How, might you ask, do I regain weight when I can't chew? Two words: Prescription milkshakes.
Dun. You are seven stone if I remember rightly, your going to kill yourself if you carry on like this.
