how to say "I fell very sad and alone" in english¿?

Hi let me introduce myself. Im claudio ,27 years old,Im from Chile .I don`t know if it has sense be here.I guess that's why I can`t fit in anywhere,and I don`t have any GOOD friend in my country.(chile)
My life is full of nothing ,I feel alone and pathetic all the time.
sometimes I think that things would have been better if I wasn`t born.
whenever I try to change my life,I mean get a good friends ,get a satisfactory relationship ,things get worst.I just know that My loneliness is as vast as my sadness and I don´t know how fell better.

mmm..the psychiatric therapy in chile is expensive,nevertheless there is public health and I use this one.Actually therapy in a single word depend of yourself,that`s why it's not easy to bear with depression and sadness.
feeling blue is taboo and the most of the people just doesn´t feel like the rigth thing to express to others.

Must be hard in a country where talking about feelings are taboo topics :sad: at least you can come here to express yourself a little :wink: it's extremely hard to cope with loneliness
