Practical Advice how to use this site

I am wondering if there is page i can go to learn how to use this site a lot of the language is new and confusing. Of course i think i know what a thread is but i cannot figure it out. My trial and error period must surley be wearing a bit thin. I am only a week into meds thats not helping i suppose.

I think i will just do a full week of reading all the stuff on here while that kicks in i guess. So i will look on my profile page if any advice comes in.Thanks...
