Hello!

I feel like I'm talking to myself at the moment.

How do you tell someone that your hurting when you don't normally talk to anyone?

How do you tell someone that "it" hurts you so much, when you don't know what "it" is?

How can you be happy one moment and in the depths of despair the next?

How can someome be cruel to an innocent child?

Why can't someone "Just do it"?

Why do some have to take medication and others not?

Hi smilie, you could probably drive yourself insane struggling to answer those questions, best option is not to seek the answers to life, even if you found them they wouldnt make you feel any better. Hold what friends you have close and try to get through this tough time, I'm sorry I didnt reply sooner, I really dont6 get enough time to answer threads on the forum anymore, but as you well know, I always find time to respond to my pms, take care and pm me again soon :)

Ive just been reminicing through my post. Im very surprised at the number of views it has had.

Yes Im still in theraphy but the appointments are not nearly as often and Ive been off antidepressants for almost a year (my choice).

Life still goes on and Im having one health issue after another. Its frustating because to me it gets in the way of what I really want to work through with my physcologist

A friend recently described me as a strong silent type. Thats true and I find it hard to put thoughts into words but I would like to say thank you to all the people here who have supported me so far.

I better go before somone gets the violin out.

I'm glad to hear that you're getting better (even though we've never met - hope you won't find that phony or pretentions).

I can understand your frustration, although I never liked the saying "I know how you feel". Keep fighting. Keep strong. Remember the things that matter. What are they? That's up to you to decide, not anyone else. You have a right to your own emotions; never let anyone take that away from you.

Don't know how I missed this earlier but it was interesting (tho sad) to learn a bit more about you. Always glad to hear from you ma wee twin. :tongue:

I have not had it myself, but I do know of several that have. They were all happy with the results, but one of the drawbacks was the memory loss of things besides the ones they wanted to forget. Hazel is a good one to talk with about it. She is very honest about her experiences with it. Shoot her a PM. :hug:

Hello...........I just wanted to say it again.

Im one of few words but I wanted to say Ive found a lot of friends here and I think of them often.

Most "understand in their own way", without me having to go into to much detail, that there are times when you are in trouble and times when a hello will do.

i wish there was some way we could just all let it out and be happy for once. hang in there. ain't no use killing yourself when you're going to make people feel even worse. your only mission in life is to live it through. it;s gonna take a long long time but one day we'll all be happy.
