It still feels so strange how meal support group and sf would be proud of or happy with me for finishing one small/meal rather than having to be criticised daily of what I eat and forces to get me back to my ideal weight. I’m still in progress to feel satisfied with what I have eaten though and I mean kitty still eats lesser than my kittens, so kitty not sure 🥺
