he keeps calling me fat, and i know that it is true



but i am trying to eat healthy foods and gain weight because my doctor was going to tell my mom that i am anorexic, so i have been trying


i have gained weight and now my brother keeps calling me fat, but i weigh 100 lbs, i know that is FAT i am FAT i will always be FAT


i dont know what to do :cry:

Oi you. You aint fat. No way is that fat. Tell your brother I'm gonna get the first plane over there and put the **** in hospital.

Eating disorders block your true view of things. You not fat....your self esteem when it comes to your weight/image... it's a good self esteem and you see and feel in a distorted mannor of what you really look like.


I was anorexic when I was younger, and as I got older I would alternate from starving to binge eating. It's not good on your body at all.... none of the eating disorders are...bad on your heart, and metabolisim.



Just keep reminding yourself in total logic you are in no way fat.....and honstly us the ones with eating disorders could weigh 10 lbs and still look fat to ourselves.



Stay strong hun, and don't listen to your brother, kid-siblings often for some reason get bored and make fun of who they can, who ever they have dirt on.

For starters that isnt even remotely overweight, or fat. Your brother needs a clip around the ear. Does he really want an angry cockney breathing down his neck? No didnt think so...:)

Sometimes brothers, especially younger brothers, just say that as a tease, they dont really realise what effect its having on people.

How about you take him to see your doctor, im sure he'd set him straight in no uncertain terms.

A good beer belly takes time to develop, and plenty of dollars invested. Best of luck with it :tongue:

Seriously though to the OP, take my advice and get your brother to go along, or get your parents to tell him if he doesnt shut up, theyll force him to go with you, possibly at gun point....that should shut him up.

Short of that you could be really nasty and attack his manhood, but that could easily backfire.

your not fat at all. I take it your older than 16 and I already outweigh you by 60 pounds. but then again, I'm kinda tall too. I'm like 5'7''.
