Then get help...talk to someone and see what care is available to you...it is apparent you are concerned, and you deserve to be feel OK...and in answer to your previous thread, you are worth it! big hugs, J

I don't know.

I find myself unwilling to submit myself to playing russian roulette medication with a psych.

and the last time i sought help from a shrink and medication, i found them to be useless, unhelpful, and just deadweight.

I don't know what to do.

If I could only muster up enough courage and care enough to stay and fight, I feel like I would know what to do next...

Instead of seeing a shrink you should try therapy.. It really helps you put perspective on your life.. It takes time because you and the therapist need to get to know each other first..It worked for me..

Hey Stranger1,

How long did it take before you felt like therapy was working?
And how did you go about finding a therapist that worked for you? Did you kind of just get lucky with the person you got paired up with, or was it sort of a treasure hunt?

Thanks,
meeko
