• Xenforo forums over the past few months have been seeing spam posts from existing user accounts. Bots hitting forums using lists of emails/passwords leaked elsewhere. We strongly recommend that all users change their password ASAP.

I think I have just done something really stupid, I am saying think because I am a little unsure about my feelings. I have had some extremly strong suicidal thoughts and acting them out feels a real reality.

I am such a coward, I feel pathetic.

Your not pathetic, we all have those feelings, thats what brang us here. We all can relate to you in some way, so don't feel alone. We're all going thru hard times. We can all be unsure about our feelings, i know i do and thats completely normal.
