well hello.. my name is stacey, aka Misty, ot Missy, which ever you prefer. i've just finished my GCSEs, and am going to college next year. i've been severly depressed for about 6 months, not that long i guess. i've been self harming for that long aswell. anyways, just thought i'd come here to talk with other people that know what its like.

Good idea to communicate with people who have been through the same thing. The more you learn about depression and what your going through, what caused it etc... the better you will understand how to conquer it. At the moment you've got prospects which is excellent so keep at it, and now find new ways to see how to get happier again and see how to conquer your depression.

i agree with h2o on this. it is better to talk with ppl that have been through or are going through and dealing with depression. there are good and nice ppl here
