I have some disorder that makes my hands shakes especially when nervous or under pressure. The first time I remember was in 2006, and I was helping my aunt (who use to be a teacher) with one of her students, and he asked me why is my hand shaking? And I felt so bad when he said it. But I shaked long before that. I also shake at work and spill fries and messes up. Does anyone else do that or have any advice?

yup. sometimes i get so angry until my hand shakes. it's the adrenaline rush. a chemical released in massive amounts into our bloodstream when we are excited / angry. it's normal. nothing to be worried about.

I get hand and head shakes, i was at the eye clinic the other day and i had to
rest my chin on something while they examined my eye. My head started to
shake uncontrollably and I had to apologise and explain. The best thing I find
is to relax and take a few deep breaths, this usually helps calm the shakes
