Finally I managed to go to the doctors...after years of saying that I would, I finally reached that point and decided to go.

    His conclusion -
I've been depressed for 2 years. Maybe longer.

    So what now?
Now I get to go to a wonderful therapy place, where they've got to decide whether I need counselling, antidepressants or both.

All I did was cry all day after going

I thought going to see the doctor was supposed to make things better...but I just feel worse since that.

    Oh well......roll on therapy day.....

going to see the doctor was the first step, and crying afterwards just means that the problems that lie in your head were coming to the surface now it is up to you with the aid of others to understand and confront the problems

    congrads again

(i could have a cool signature but i haven't bothered yet)

Thanks guys, your support means a lot to me

I know there wont be any immediate improvement when I go, but it takes time and eventually maybe i'll get better....maybe

At the moment it just feels like everythings getting worse, and it wont get better until the therapy place phones me....
