I have trouble relating to people. I believe this, is in part, because I never learn't how to from childhood.

Right now I am finding it hard to explain how I'm feeling about this and other things to my physcologist (I've been seeing her for two and a half years).

One of her suggestions was to "talk to" someone I trust but no one fits the bill
I do withdraw a lot and keep things to myself.

Has anyone got any other suggestions????

    Thank you

Take it a little at a time... get them to talk about themself first - most people like to talk about themselves and do so easily if you prompt them. Then start to talk a bit abour urself... just like little random facts and that... I dunno, maybe I'm rambling. It might be worth a try though.
