I fall down like an old oak tree
    Branches crack
    Leaves die
    It's a natural disaster
    An utter mess
    My soul is crushed
    My heart is empty
The vines take over like a poison in my veins
    Hold me down
    No way around
    I might just lay here
    There's nothing to do
    But trees climb back up
    They always do
    Reaching taller and taller
    Maybe touch the sky
    Maybe I'll get up
    Vines will eventually die
Someday I'll reach my own sky
