you have to dwell on the good things that happened and not the bad things. you still have plenty of time to change your life to a positive and happy one. talk to your therapist/doctor family/friends and of course us at SF. you have to try to get better, sometimes you have to fight depression etc. but the good news is you don't have to fight alone, we will fight beside you, all you have to do is want to get better. feel free to post on SF and get support, please take care of yourself and you can talk to me anytime i'm on SF
