I need help

My suicide ideas are back even I felt that the new meds I have been taking are doing some good to me. Today I had a dispute with my brother and I feel like I don't have anyone I can share how I feel with.
I feel like life has nothing to offer me, I feel so useless, I don't want to see anyone or be with people.
I feel like crap, all I want is to disappear!!

I don't know what to say to help, but I often find that I am reassured just by getting a reply in a thread I start, so...I just wanted to say I am here for you. We're all here if you want to share with us, and we will listen. :hug:
