Well first of all thanks to everyone who opened up the link, I am looking for someone to talk to that knows what it like to feel sad and who is a male as well, preferably someone around the 20-30 mark. The reason why I don't want to talk to a councilor is because they don't understand what anxiety and sadness are so I found them unhelpful. Just need someone 'normal' as well to talk to, someone who is level headed. I never meant for my life to get messed up and for me to get sad..its just something that happened. :eek:hmy:

and that's why I want to die because I'm 'lost' and don't know how to make it back to 'normal.'

Note: not that I want to be considered rude but Dave_N stay out of my posts as I don't think you have anything properly constructive to say and I find you unhelpful and in many cases have found you advice to others insulting and 'accidentally' the wrong thing to say or it appears you carefully underline what they don't want to hear while coating it with something pleasant.

I also meet the criteria that you've outlined (I'm 26, male, diagnosed with dsythemia.) If you want to PM, please feel free. However, please know at the time of this post that it may be several hours before I can respond, as I've been having a few beers with friends this evening and I need to sleep it off. I live in Korea so the times that you see are way different from my times!

I'm not in your preferred age category, but I'm certainly familiar with anxiety and sadness and will gladly talk things over with you. In my experience, psychiatrists and their ilk are arrogant and stubborn, and often make matters worse.
