i stopped

    so when i cut last week
    i stopped at only 2
    like i know i could've done more but i thought about it and i stopped at 2
    this is good right?

    but i still cant stop thinking about doing more... not actually doing more... just thinkin about it...

    That's progress. I think it was really strong of you to stop yourself. It is also strong of you to keep resisting. I know the thoughts are tempting, but please don't act on them. :hug:

    Great jo b keep easing out of it. If you keep thinking about it then you need a distraction. Check out the thread in this forum by painfulbliss on distractions ( it's a sticky).

    Maybe next time, you can stop at just one cut and then stop cutting all together? Like any compulsive behaviour, you have to take small steps to overcome this. Good work, thus far.

    sure its good, its always good to less damage. Just don't get your hopes up and think thats it. it never is.

    Of course its good, not good that you started but still good that you managed to stop yourself before doing too many. Soon you might be able to get it to only 1 and then none at all :) :hug:

    that is great that you have stopped
    I try to do it rarely, I really want to stop for good.
