I haven't done it in a while, but last night I was doing it for a while. I was playing this http://youtube.com/watch?v=Fv4nU5vBpHs in the background. I was doing a 'downward facing dog' pose (http://z.about.com/d/yoga/1/8/L/downdog.jpg) It felt great to be doing this again. I was stretching in that pose, and I felt this little burst of happiness flow through my chest. My eyes started to tear up. I've never had this happen, then again, I never seriously did yoga or meditated before. I'm going to start doing yoga regularly now, and I definitely recommend anyone else to do it. Great for your body and mind. I'm not flexible at all, but anyone can start with basics and work their way up. Yoga is about patience. Just wanted to tell everyone about something beautiful I experienced last night, and the beginning of something new.
