What is going on? Just how deep is your depression right now? Have you contacted anyone yet. A therapist, your doctor, summaritans, suicidal help line?

I wish I knew what was making me more depressed but I don't know.

I feel like I've hit rock bottom now & the fact that I don't know why is just making feel even worse.

I seen my cpn yesterday & she asked what was stopping me killing myself. Simple, I've not yet had the opportunity. I don't want to od again it's not reliable enough. When I do it again I have to make sure it will work :sad:

I should have made an appointment with my doctor but by the time I'd ummmd & ahhhd over it the surgery was closed.

Thanks for being here anyway guys, it's nice to feel like I'm not alone.
